Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

STRATIQ PROPERTYOBSERVER LLC takes the protection of personal data seriously. This notice explains which data may be processed when you use this website, why this happens, and which choices are available to visitors.

1. Controller

The controller for processing personal data on this website is STRATIQ PROPERTYOBSERVER LLC, IDS Group Building, Office A10, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@stratiq-dubai.com.

2. Website provision and technical logs

When you access this website, technically necessary information may be processed to deliver the website, protect it from attacks and analyse faults. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser and device details, referrer URL and status information.

Processing is carried out to provide a secure and functional website. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data are retained only as long as needed for security and operational purposes.

3. Enquiries and contact form

If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or the contact form, we process the information you provide to handle and answer your enquiry. The contact form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, property type and message.

The form is delivered through Formspree. These details are used only to handle your enquiry and are not sent to Google Analytics. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before a contract and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in efficient communication. The information is deleted when the enquiry has been resolved unless legal retention obligations apply.

4. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google. For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, the provider is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC in the United States or other Google entities may also process data while delivering the service.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are controlled through the Cookiebot CMP. Google Analytics loads only when you allow the “Statistics” category; Google Ads and conversion measurement load only when you additionally allow the “Marketing” category. Without the relevant consent, no Google Analytics or Google Ads tags load and no analytics or conversion events are sent to Google. Consent is voluntary and can be changed or withdrawn at any time for the future through “Cookie Settings”.

After consent, Google processes technical online identifiers and usage information. This may include cookie or client identifiers, browser, device and approximate region details, page views, referrer information, interactions with this website and timestamps. The website measures page views, anonymised scroll-depth milestones at 25%, 50%, 75% and 90%, consultation-CTA selections, successful contact requests, and clicks on WhatsApp and telephone links. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, free-text messages and form contents are not transmitted as Google Analytics or Google Ads events.

For Google Ads campaign measurement, the website uses conversion events only after a completed contact enquiry or an interaction with WhatsApp or a telephone link. The Cookiebot CMP is a Google-certified consent management platform and uses Google Consent Mode v2 with the analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization choices. Before consent, optional storage is set to “denied”; Cookiebot updates the applicable signals after the respective category choice.

Processing supports audience measurement, analysis of website use, measurement of campaign performance and improvement of the website and lead journey. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where German rules apply, storing or accessing information on a device is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. Google applies the applicable legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards available for these transfers. More information about Google's processing can be found in Google's privacy policy and information for partner sites. Retention for user-level event data is determined in the controller's Google Analytics property and must be configured there in line with applicable legal requirements.

Additional Google advertising functions or Google Signals will be used only after this notice has been updated and suitable consent has been obtained.

5. Cookiebot CMP, cookies and consent management

We use Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics to obtain, document and manage your cookie consent. The provider is Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark. Cookiebot sets technically necessary consent cookies so that your choice can be remembered across pages and changed or withdrawn at any time. The cookie declaration below lists the cookies and services found in the current domain scan by category.

We use analytics and advertising technologies only after the relevant consent. You can also disable Google Analytics collection using the browser add-on provided by Google. Disabling browser functions or cookies may affect individual website features.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients of personal data may include technical hosting and communication providers, Formspree, Cookiebot by Usercentrics and, after consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads. Where service providers process data on our behalf, they do so only within the framework of the applicable agreements and instructions.

For transfers outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law are considered. Details for Google are available in the Google documents referenced above; details for Formspree and Cookiebot are available in their respective privacy policies.

7. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the statutory rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, contact info@stratiq-dubai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Updates to this policy
